Yoga

I am currently training to become a Yoga Teacher.

I take a beginners Yoga class where we work to get the correct alignment for our bodies.

This alignment based Yoga class is great for

  • centering
  • strengthening /stretching muscles around our joints and bones (back hips neck shoulders knees etc)
  • creating stability
  • body awareness
  • our own uniqueness and individuality
  • challenges of different shapes/ poses we get into
  • developing inner calm
  • and a bit of fun as well
  • finishing with a deep relaxation

If you have your own mat/blanket or blocks please bring along – I do have some mats. The blanket is for extra support in sitting or kneeling or cover when relaxing.

Koha to Mount Pleasant Hall.  As I’m a Yoga teacher in training there is no charge from me and I honor the fact that you come and help me on my Yoga journey but respect the space by a gold coin donation to the hall.
