I take a beginners Yoga class where we work to get the correct alignment for our bodies.

This alignment based Yoga class is great for

  • centering
  • strengthening /stretching muscles around our joints and bones (back hips neck shoulders knees etc)
  • creating stability
  • body awareness
  • our own uniqueness and individuality
  • challenges of different shapes/ poses we get into
  • developing inner calm
  • and a bit of fun as well
  • finishing with a deep relaxation

I am working in 10 week blocks which work out to be $10 per class or drop in classes $15. Which run with the school terms.

If you have missed the beginning of term I’m happy to pro-rata the weeks i.e. 9 week $90 but only up front. Oherwise drop in rate $15.

Please bring your own mat although I have spares.
